Workout - nuthin'
Well, I finally gave in and boarded the blog train. I'm hoping to chronicle my (presumed) ascent out of my current midlife malaise, and maybe inspire some folks on the way.
Step 1: start documenting the sad, sad shape I've let my body get into. I've committed to riding the Paris-Brest-Paris bicycle ride in 2011 as part of my 40th birthday celebrations(?), so I gotta get to training.
Step 2: toss out random observations on being a working dad. It's the coolest and hardest thing I've ever done.
Step 3: post up whatever random thoughts come up. My blogging wife is a great writer, and inspires me to get back to writing.
